Executive Leadership Update from JFCS

Jewish Family & Career Services is pleased to share the appointment of Interim CEO, James Rose, following Deb Frockt’s departure at the end of May 2021.

James’ for-profit experience includes over 25+ years in the healthcare industry, first at Humana and then in consulting roles working with organizations across the United States. Additionally, he has nonprofit and governmental organization experience spanning the globe including experience with the Audit Committee of the United Nations World Food Programme and currently serves as an expert advisor to the United Nations World Health Organization’s Employee Health Pension Program Oversight Committee. A long-time resident of Louisville, James serves on the Board of the local non-profit New Roots Fresh Stop Markets and as Chair of the Jefferson County Public Schools Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Thanks to the tireless work of our dedicated staff and the foundation of excellence built by our Board of Directors, Deb, and prior leaders, JFCS continues to deliver critical services that expand possibilities for each person and every family throughout the Greater Louisville community.

A search committee has been formed to find a permanent Chief Executive Officer and we will continue to share updates to the process through this transition.
