Resources for Parents
In times of turmoil and strife, it’s often our emotional well-being that bears the most significant burden. Parents have an added burden of trying to help their children while dealing with their own emotions. Below are a list of resources we believe might be helpful. Remember, JFCS is available with trained therapists for a counseling session FREE OF CHARGE for anyone needing help processing this crisis.
