MOSAIC 2022 Nominations are Open
The Jewish value of Kavod guides us to respect the undeniable humanity of each person. Over the past 100 years, JFCS has done just that – provide comprehensive social services to all in Greater Louisville regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender or country of origin. In celebration of our history and with our sights on the future, JFCS proudly hosts the MOSAIC Awards, honoring the significant contributions of refugees, immigrants and communities of color.
Our annual MOSAIC Awards event helps JFCS raise funds in support of our work with refugees and immigrants, as well as individuals and families from all backgrounds seeking possibility and purpose. Funds raised from this event enable us to respond to community needs and provide quality services that empower individuals to create better futures for themselves and their families. To date, JFCS has recognized 67 individuals who make our community richer and stronger for their work; now we need your help discovering our next cohort of honorees.
JFCS is currently seeking nominations for MOSAIC 2022. Next year’s MOSAIC Awards will celebrate those who have fulfilled their dreams of self-sufficiency and are giving back to our community. We are eager to honor individuals whose contributions align with our mission to expand possibilities for each person and every family to meet life’s challenges with confidence and represent the Jewish values that guide our work. We will also honor community members who represent those supported and impacted by JFCS services.
A committee of community leaders including past award winners will select this year’s honorees. Please submit your nominations no later than December 8th. If you’d interested in volunteering for this event, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with inquiries.
See you on May 26th!
