Abramson Leadership Exchange: The Role of Local Leaders in Community Inclusion for Immigrants

Join JFCS’ own Kristina Mielke, Career Counselor for Refugees & Immigrants, as she participates in a panel discussion with local leaders about the inclusion of immigrants and refugees in our community. The panel, moderated by former Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson, is a part of the Abramson Leadership Exchange, in partnership with Spalding University’s Doctor of Education Leadership Program, Ignite Louisville and the Young Professionals of Louisville.

The distinguished panelists joining Mayor Abramson and Kristina Mielke will be:

  • Clair Wallace, Director of South Louisville Community Ministry
  • Sabeen Nazim, Former Director of the City Office of Globalization
  • Shelby Somervell, VP of Government Affairs and Communications GLI
