The Lillian O. Seligman Contemporary Thought Forum
Join us for “A Night of Humor”
The Lillian O. Seligman Contemporary Thought Forum is an annual event inviting guest speakers to offer their perspective on relevant topics while bringing awareness to the work and mission of JFCS. Named after the late Lillian O. Seligman (z”l), her family works alongside JFCS to select speakers that honor her memory and interests. In 2024 our theme was “A Night of Humor” and we welcomed comedian Ariel Elias who the New York Times called “a sly young comic from Kentucky”!
The Seligman Forum series is a volunteer-driven event. If you would like to be part of this exciting program and event for JFCS, please contact Volunteer & Events Manager, Michelle Klecner at: mklecner@jfcslouisville.org.
Past speakers at the Lillian O. Seligman Contemporary Thought Series include:
- Raanan Hershberg
- Roy Blount
- Marie Benedict
- Laura Morton
- Colleen Clines
