An easy-to-use, affordable program that helps senior adults maintain their independence by providing transportation services. PALS operates Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

With PALS, you can continue all of your regular activities:

JOY!RIDE – The Key to Your Independence


Wheelchair-accessible van features an easy entry/exit ramp for walkers.
Assistance to and through the door is available.

Escort services are available when you need someone to accompany you to your appointment. An additional fee of $10 per hour applies for escort services.
PALS fees cover rides within a 25-mile radius. Beyond the first 25 miles, there is a $5 surcharge for every 10 miles.

Inclement Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, PALS follows the closure schedule of Jefferson County Public Schools.
