Passport Around Louisville Service (PALS)

An easy-to-use, affordable program that helps senior adults maintain their independence by providing transportation services. PALS operates Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (our last pick up is 4:30 p.m.). PALS does not operate when the JFCS building is closed for holidays.

Features

Wheelchair-accessible van features an easy entry/exit ramp for walkers.
Assistance to and through the door is available.
Escort services are available when you need someone to accompany you to your appointment. An additional fee applies.

Fees

Sedan: $10 one-way trip / $20 round-trip
Wheelchair Van: $20 one-way trip / $35 round-trip
$5 surcharge for every 10 miles beyond the first 25
$35 for the first 2 hours and an additional $10 per hour for escort services

With PALS, you can continue all of your regular activities:
