Passport Around Louisville – Seniors on the Go!

Today’s blog article written by Shelley Kahn, Volunteer Coordinator!

The PALS transportation program – Passport Around Louisville Service was created for our senior clients in 2003. Last year alone, we completed 1800+ rides for local seniors. We transport seniors to doctors, dentists, scheduled tests, labs, hair dressers, the grocery, drugstores, banks and even to vote. With the assistance from 45 volunteer drivers and one part time paid driver – we help to keep countless seniors living independently – with affordable and reliable transportation.
