A recent national study by the Conference Board suggests that less than 50 percent of US workers experience career satisfaction, a record low. Career dissatisfaction occurs for many reasons – being in a job that doesn’t fit one’s talents or interests, poor industry sector alignment…lots of reasons.
Given the current economy, workers are perhaps more inclined to stomach career and work dissatisfaction. However, this issue goes to the heart of what we do at JFCS – helping clients clarify career paths that will be both suitable and satisfying.
Even if one’s new years’ resolution did not pan out, if one is still intent on addressing career or employment concerns, JFCS is the place to call!
