JFCS and "Winter" Diversity – All Year Round

Today’s blog post is brought to you by Bob Tiell, Director of Career Services!

During the holiday season, many folks catch re-runs of the film “White Christmas.” The movie score, including the classic “White Christmas” tune, was created by Irving Berlin, a Jew who immigrated to the U.S. and contributed greatly to our popular culture while living out the “American Dream.” In many respects, the movie celebrates the diversity and ecumenical spirit that makes our county great.

JFCS celebrates diversity every day of the year through the work it does with the international community and other less advantaged folks, by helping them start a small business.
