-TheÂ Family Mitzvah Passover Event was held Sunday, and it was a really great time. Despite the dismal weather, we had a great turnout with lots of helping hands and happy faces. If you haven’t seen them yet, there’s a big gallery of images over on our facebook page.

–TheÂ Feinstein Challenge is still in full swing! The FeinsteinÂ Foundation will divide $1 million among hunger-fighting agencies nationwide to help raise funds duringÂ March and April 2013; all donations during this period to the JFCS Food Pantry of food, canned goods and grocery gift cards, as well as monetary donations to the Sonny & Janet Meyer Family Food Pantry Fund, will be matched as part of the Feinstein Challenge to Fight Hunger. Help make a difference in your community with this great program!
