During this time of social distancing, isolation is a dilemma that can negatively impact anyone who is living alone, lacking strong social networks, or combating the immediate, unprecedented effects of becoming home bound. Jewish Family & Career Services has long used telephone reassurance as one part of holistic service for older adults. In this training, you will learn the basics needed to start a telephone reassurance program, including guidelines for training, assessment, measurement and confidentiality.
