JFCS Career Services & Workforce Development is the longest standing career services provider in the region. Our mission is to encourage self-reliance, help individuals attain their maximum potential in career and educational development, and promote the economic well-being of our community.

Whether you have been downsized, lost your job, are under-employed or are returning to the workforce after an absence, we can help. Our Employment Services programs aid job seekers with workshops and other opportunities to sharpen job search skills and find meaningful employment.

Career advisors will review the factors that create impetus for change and identify those that will ensure positive and constructive motivation for new career directions. Together we will assess industry-workforce option and opportunities to develop your career action plan.

Our Supported Employment Program is designed to deliver personalized employment opportunities for people who may have limited capacity or capabilities. A job coach will be with you all the way to ensure a positive experience.
