Play Therapy

Play therapy is generally employed with young children as a way for them to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided process. Play is a child’s language and in the playroom, toys, games and activities are used like words. Children use dolls, puppets, paints, or other toys to say what they think or how they feel.
