DESCRIPTION:The JFCS Sonny & Janet Meyer Food Pantry is open to all JFCS clients and any resident of the following zip codes: \n40205 | 40207 | 40218 | 40220 \nYou can shop the food pantry biweekly (either the 1st and 3rd weeks or the 2nd and 4th weeks) and visit either by appointment with your JFCS staff member or through our open hours\, Friday mornings from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The Food Pantry is closed on the 5th Friday of the month. \nIn case of inclement weather\, JFCS follows Jefferson County Public School’s lead in closing our office and pantry; we will reschedule dates as needed. \nIf you are in need of food but do not live in these zip codes\, please contact Sandee Golden\, JFCS Food Pantry Coordinator\, to gain information about food pantries near you: sgolden@jfcslouisville.org.
